30 years of state-of-the-art innovation
2019 is a very important year for LCS Group.
It marks the 30th anniversary of the company’s foundation, back in 1989, thanks to the vision of Gianfranco Silipigni, one of the very first to believe in and focus on Industry 4.0 in Italy.
For the occasion LCS has expanded its offer with the establishment of a fourth company – 4NEXT SOLUTIONS – with the aim of further specializing the offer in the software for the industry.
This company joins the other 3, already part of the Group: LCS Management & Services Srl, LCS Spa, LCS Automation Srl. The head office in Usmate Velate in Brianza is now supported by a brand new sales office located in Rome.
A new marketing team was then formed to better manage a process of internationalization of the offer of LCS.
On the innovation front, it is remarkable to mention the recent introduction of AIV Robots, autonomously driven vehicles, equipped with artificial intelligence, capable of handling loads up to 1000 kg.
An innovative solution, which represents an evolution of the previous robotic models with ground current guidance (AGV) and laser pointing (LGV).
This solution is a further component of the integrated systems that LCS provides to build high-tech plants.
